Identifying and Addressing Research Misconduct فارسی

In the Journal of Stylistics and Analysis of Persian Poetry and Prose Texts, the editor takes actions to identify and prevent the publication of articles that have research misconduct.
These actions include:
• Informing the editorial office of the journal by providing copies of the relevant materials and a draft letter to the relevant author requesting an explanation from the author.
• If the author's explanation is unacceptable and it appears that serious misconduct has occurred, the matter will be discussed in the editorial board and the editorial board will decide whether the misconduct is serious enough to warrant a ban on future submissions.
• If the misconduct is of a lesser severity, the editor will send a warning letter to the author and remind the author of the journal's publication policies. If the article has been published, the editor may ask the author to publish an apology in the journal to correct the record.
• In the follow-up actions, any work by the author or authors responsible for the misconduct under review will be rejected immediately.
• Authors are banned from membership in the journal's editorial board and service as a reviewer for the journal. The journal reserves the right to take further actions.
• In cases of serious fraud that leads to the retraction of the article, a retraction notice will be published in the journal and linked to the article online. The online version will also be marked with the date of retraction.
