Seyedah Najmeh Hosseini , Mohammad Hassan Hassanzadeh (Author in Charge)

Abstract

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: "Imaginary Worlds" is one of the most valuable works in the expression of Ibn Arabi"s thoughts. In this book, the author has explained Ibn Arabi"s complex thoughts in a simple language and introduced the audience to Ibn Arabi"s worldview. Unity of existence, perfect human being and discussions about eschatology are among the themes in the book.

METHODOLOGY: This article aims to identify the author"s research method in the book "Imaginary Worlds" by examining the style of discussion and arguments of the author.

FINDINGS: Among the components of critical thinking, "depth", "breadth of opinion" and "clarity" are among the most important features of Chitik"s research method.

CONCLUSION: The results of this study showed that Chitik has considered all aspects of a topic in his research and has sufficient mastery over the topics. To enter into any discussion, he first defines the important words and then uses them for reasoning.
