Mystical thought has moved beyond jurisprudential and theological implications in accordance with the apparent meaning of the verses and has turned to the mystical and intuitive realm. The hermeneutical-mystical view of Ayn al-Qudāt al-Hamdānī in her letters is a prime example of this interpretive approach. The fundamental issue of this research is to examine the inconsistencies and contradictions that arise from the contrast between the formal and jurisprudential understanding of the verses of the Quran and the mystical interpretation of the Ayn al-Quds. METHODOLOGY: The methodology of this research is qualitative analysis with a structural analysis approach to texts. The statistical population of this study includes all verses that have been interpreted and interpreted with a mystical approach in the three-volume letters of Ayn al-Qadat. FINDINGS: The research findings show that Ayn al-Qadat consciously excludes the jurisprudential and historical implications of the Quran from the scope of her interpretative examples. In her mystical view, the general addresses of the Quran are limited to the characteristics of saints, and historical stories are considered symbols of inner states. CONCLUSION: On this basis, the inconsistencies and contradictions between Ayn al-Qadat"s interpretation of verses and popular interpretations cannot be considered as the result of heresy, but rather, these cases are based on a coherent analytical model in mystical thought that can be analyzed.زمینه و هدف: آیات قرآن کریم به عنوان مبادی اندیشه، تمدن و فرهنگ اسلامی، همواره بستر خوانش‌های متباین بوده است. در این میان، عرفان شهودی با گذر از دلالتهای فقهی و کلامی و تبیینیِ مطابق با سیاق ظاهر آیات، به ساحت تأویلهای حالی، شهودی و احیاناً شطحی روی آورده است. نگاه تأویلی-عرفانی عین‌القضات همدانی در نامه های خود، نمونه اعلای این رویکرد تفسیری شالوده شکن است. مسئله بنیادین این پژوهش، واکاوی و کالبدشکافی، ناهمخوانیها، تناقضات و تضادهایی است که از تقابل فهم رسمی، فقهی و سیاقی آیات قرآن با تأویل عرفانی، شهودی عین‌القضات در نامه هایش برمیخیزد. این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی و دسته بندی منطق درونی این تناقضات بر مبنای یک قالب تحلیلی سامان یافته است. روشها: روش‌شناسی این پژوهش، تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد کالبدشکافی ساختاری متون است. جامعه ی آماری تحقیق، شامل تمامی آیاتی است که در نامه های سه جلدی عین‌القضات با رویکرد عرفانی تفسیر و تأویل شده اند. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان میدهد که عین‌القضات با خلط آگاهانه ساحت‌های تکوینی و تشریعی، دلالتهای فقهی، انذاری و تاریخی قرآن را به کلی از دایره مصادیق تفسیری خود خارج میکند. در نگاه عرفانی او خطابات عام قرآن به خواص اولیا منحصر میشود و قصص تاریخی نمادهایی از احوال باطنی فنا و تجلی به حساب میآید. همچنین، او با ساخت متناقض‌نماهای عمیق یا یکسان انگاشتن نقیضین، ذهن مرید را از چهارچوب عقل جزئی نگر عبور داده و به ساحت تحیر توحیدی میکشاند. نتیجه گیری: ناهمخوانیها و تناقض های موجود میان تلقی عین القضات از آیات در مکاتیب با تفاسیر مشهور را نمیتوان ناشی از بدعت‌گرایی دانست، بلکه مواردی از این دست، مبتنی بر یک الگوی تحلیلی منسجم در عرفان سکرآمیز قابل تحلیل اند؛ الگویی که فاعلیت ثانویه وسایط و اسباب طبیعی را زیر سایه فاعلیت مطلق پروردگار قرار میدهد و در تحلیل امور از ظواهر ملموس و معقول میگذرد و به بواطن شهودی و توحیدی محض راه میبرد.مکاتیب عین‌القضات, ناهمخوانی, تأویل عرفانی, آیات قرآن, هستی شناسی.Letters of Ayn al-Qadat, inconsistency, mystical interpretation, verses of the Quran, ontology.https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/2055.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/2055.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/بررسی جنبه های متناقض و شالوده شکن در تأویلات عرفانی از آیات، در نامه های عین‌القضاتhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/A study of contradictory and foundation-breaking aspects in mystical interpretations of verses in the letters of Ayn al-Qadat.
