Humor, as one of the fundamental elements of children"s literature, is not only a means of entertainment, but also a psychological mechanism for reducing anxiety, strengthening resilience, and social growth. Based on Alfred Adler"s theory, alternative mechanisms, including humor, can be used to overcome feelings of inferiority. The aim of this study is to investigate the psychological role of humor in reducing anxiety and inferiority complex and creating a sense of social belonging in children and adolescents. For this purpose, Eshghe Khame"i and Qandabad, will be examined. METHODOLOGY: The present study will be conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach and a psychological criticism approach from Alfred Adler’s perspective. The research data will be collected through qualitative content analysis of the text and extraction of situational and verbal humor samples in the story Eshghe Khame"iand Qandabad and its correspondence with Alfred Adler’s theory of inferiority complex. FINDINGS: The research findings show that in the story Eshghe Khame"iand Qandabad Love, humor is not only a means of laughter, but also an effective factor in moderating social tension and anxiety in children and adolescents in order to increase their sense of self-confidence and social interaction. CONCLUSION: The results of the study show that, based on Adler’s theory of individual psychology, humor can act as a compensatory strategy and lead the child from a sense of helplessness and inferiority to a sense of belonging and social adequacy. The story Eshghe Khame"i and Qandabad Love, with its humorous language and a deep look at rebuilding emotional relationships, leads to strengthening empathy and reducing anxiety in the minds of the child and adolescent audience; Therefore, these works can be considered a successful example of the conscious use of humor for the psychological education of children and adolescents.زمینه و هدف: در جهان معاصر که اضطراب و تنش اجتماعی حتّی در میان کودکان بگونه ای نگران کننده در حال گسترش است، نقش ادبیّات کودک بویژه ژانر طنز در تربیت عاطفی و روانی گروه های سنی یاد شده، اهمّیّتی دوچندان یافته است. طنز بعنوان یکی از عناصر بنیادین ادبیّات کودک، نه تنها ابزار سرگرمی، بلکه ساز و کاری روانشناختی برای کاهش اضطراب، تقویت روحیّه تاب‌آوری و رشد اجتماعی محسوب میشود. بر اساس نظریّه آلفرد آدلر، میتوان از مکانیزمهای جایگزین از جمله طنز برای غلبه بر احساس حقارت بهره گرفت. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش روانشناختی طنز در کاهش اضطراب و عقده حقارت و ایجاد حس تعلّق اجتماعی در کودکان و نوجوانان است. بدین منظور دو داستان عشق خامه ای و قندآباد بررسی خواهد شد. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر بروش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با رویکرد نقد روانشناختی از دیدگاه آلفرد آدلر انجام خواهد شد. داده های پژوهش از طریق تحلیل محتوای کیفی متن و استخراج نمونه های طنز موقعیّتی و کلامی در داستان عشق خامه ای و قندآباد و مطابقت آن با نظریّه احساس حقارت آلفرد آدلر خواهد بود. یافته های پژوهش: یافته های پژوهش نشان میدهد که در داستان عشق خامه ای و قندآباد، طنز نه صرفاً وسیله ای برای خنده، بلکه عاملی مؤثر برای تعدیل تنش و اضطراب اجتماعی کودکان و نوجوانان در جهت افزایش حس اعتماد به نفس و تعامل اجتماعی آنان است. نتایج پژوهش: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان میدهد که بر اساس نظریّه روانشناسی فردی آدلر، طنز میتواند بمثابه یک راهبرد جبرانی عمل کرده و کودک را از احساس ناتوانی و حقارت بسوی حس تعلّق و کفایت اجتماعی سوق دهد. داستان عشق خامه ای و قندآباد با زبانی طنزآمیز و نگاهی عمیق به بازسازی روابط عاطفی به تقویت همدلی و کاهش اضطراب در ذهن مخاطب کودک و نوجوان می‌انجامد؛ از این رو این آثار را میتوان نمونه ای موفق از کاربرد آگاهانه طنز برای تربیت روانی کودکان و نوجوانان بشمار آورد.احساس حقارت.آلفرد آدلر. طنز کودک و نوجوان. مکانیسم جبران.Feeling of inferiority.
