This work, by narrating the life and choices of "beloved", provides an opportunity to examine the mechanisms of the formation of individual identity and social action of women in a tradition-oriented society. Since Anthony Giddens emphasizes the dynamics of identity, the rethinking of actors, and the impact of social structures on individual decision-making in his sociological theory, the novel "Bamdade Khomar" is a suitable platform for a sociological analysis of the process of identity-finding and the narrator"s agency. The aim of this research is to sociologically analyze the personality of the narrator, Mahbouba, based on the components of Giddens" theory, including rethinking identity, the continuum of tradition and modernity, individual agency, and the construction of relationships, in order to show how her actions and decisions are shaped within social and family structures and how the narrator redefines herself in the struggle between tradition and modernism, in an attempt to construct a feminine and autonomous identity. METHODOLOGY: The study method in this article is descriptive-analytical based on library studies and the use of sociological criticism based on Anthony Giddens" theory. The statistical population of the research is the novel Bamdade Khomar by Fataneh Haj Seyed Javadi. FINDINGS: The research findings show that the narrator (Mahboobeh) in the novel Bamdade Khomar, in the conflict between tradition and the desire for individual agency, decides to decide for herself to continue her life, but on the path of her choice she encounters objectification, lack of identity, and the dominance of traditional structures. CONCLUSION: The results of the research show that Mahboobeh"s character initially intends to bring her agency to the fore by breaking away from the traditional family system, but on her way, she loses her feminine identity due to the dominance of traditional structures and objectification, but in the end, she regains her agency through change and rethinking.زمینه و هدف: رمان بامداد خمار از جمله متون روایت‌محوری است که در آن تجربه زیسته زنان در بستر تقابل سنت و مدرنیته بازنمایی میشود. این اثر با روایت زندگی و انتخابهای «محبوبه»، مجالی فراهم می‌آورد تا سازوکارهای شکلگیری هویّت فردی و کنش اجتماعی زنان در جامعه سنت‌محور بررسی شود. از آنجا که آنتونی گیدنز در نظریّه جامعه شناسی‌اش بر پویایی هویّت، بازاندیشی کنشگران، و تأثیر ساختارهای اجتماعی بر تصمیم‌گیری فردی تأکید میکند، رمان بامداد خمار بستر مناسبی برای تحلیل جامعه شناختی فرایند هویت‌یابی و عاملیت راوی است. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل جامعه شناختی شخصیّت راوی، یعنی محبوبه، بر اساس مؤلفه های نظریّه گیدنز از جمله بازاندیشی هویّت، پیوستار سنت و مدرنیته، عاملیت فردی و ساخت‌یابی روابط است تا نشان داده شود که چگونه کنشها و تصمیمات او در دل ساختارهای اجتماعی و خانوادگی شکل میگیرند و چگونه راوی در کشاکش سنت و مدرنیسم، در تلاش برای ساختن هویّت زنانه و خودمختار، دست به بازتعریف خود میزند. روش مطالعه: روش مطالعه در این مقاله توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بر مبنای مطالعات کتابخانه ای و بهره گیری از نقد جامعه شناسی بر پایه نظریّه آنتونی گیدنز است. جامعه آماری پژوهش رمان بامداد خمار اثر فتانه حاج سید‌جوادی است. یافته های پژوهش: یافته های پژوهش نشان میدهد که شخصیّت راوی (محبوبه) در رمان بامداد خمار در تعارض میان سنت و تمایل به عاملیت فردی، تصمیم میگیرد که خود برای ادامه زندگی‌اش تصمیم بگیرد اما در مسیر انتخاب خود با شی انگاری، فقدان هویّت سلطه ساختارهای سنتی مواجه میشود. نتایج پژوهش: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان میدهد که شخصیّت محبوبه در ابتدا با گسست از نظام سنتی خانواده قصد دارد عاملیت خویش را به منصه ظهور برساند اما در مسیر خود با سلطه ساختارهای سنتی و شی‌انگاری هویّت زنانه خویش را از دست میدهد اما در انتها با تغییر و بازاندیشی، عاملیت خود را باز می‌یابد.بامداد خمار, رمان, نقد جامعه شناختی, آنتونی گیدنزBamdade Khomar.
