Poets, as one of the conscious and thoughtful groups of society, have often been indifferent to the political and social issues of the era in their works, and like a meticulous and insightful historiographer and a just judge, they have both recorded and recorded events and criticized the conditions and circumstances of society. The 6th to the 8th century AH is one of the turbulent periods of Iran, when, following the Mongol invasion and the anomalies that arose after it, many poets have criticized the conditions and circumstances in society and the oppression and oppression in society. The aim of the present study is to analyze and analyze the praise of justice and the anti-oppression in the poetry of the sixth to eighth centuries of the Islamic calendar. METHODOLOGY: The study method in this article is descriptive-analytical, based on library studies and content analysis methods, in which the poems of nine prominent poets from the sixth to eighth centuries of the Islamic calendar will be considered. FINDINGS: The research findings show that the poets under study have made many direct and indirect references to the inefficiency of the ruling classes, the oppression and tyranny of the rulers, the disregard for justice and fairness, corruption, ignorance and inefficiency of the rulers, and various methods of grievance and legal action. CONCLUSION: The present study shows that Persian poetry in the three mentioned centuries has provided one of the most important platforms for legal action, criticism of power, and defense of justice. Among the three centuries studied, the sixth century has paid the most attention to the issue of oppression and injustice in society, and the cry for justice by poets in this century is greater, and Sana"i, Attar, Anvari, Khaqani, Ibn Yamin, Nezami, Sa"di, Hafez, and Ubaid have paid the most attention to the concept of justice and anti-oppression in their poems, respectively.زمینه و هدف: متون ادبی از دیرباز تاکنون بعنوان یکی از جمله ارزنده ترین و دست اولترین منابع بجهت تحلیل و ارزیابی اوضاع سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی هر عصر و زمانه ای بشمار می‌آیند که با کارکردی جامعه شناسانه توانایی بازنمود بسیاری از تحوّلات اجتماعی و سیاسی را در خود دارند. شاعران بعنوان یکی از گروه های آگاه و اندیشمند جامعه در بسیاری از اوقات در آثار خویش به مسائل سیاسی و اجتماعی عصر و روزگار بی‌تفاوت نبوده اند و بمانند تاریخ نگاری ریزبین و وقاد و قاضی عادل هم به ثبت و ضبط وقایع پرداخته اند و هم به نقد اوضاع و احوال جامعه. قرن ششم تا هشتم هجری یکی از ادوار پر آشوب ایران است که بدنبال حمله مغول و ناهنجاریهای بوجود آمده پس از آن، بسیاری از شاعران به اوضاع و احوال موجود در جامعه و ظلم و ستم موجود در جامعه تاخته اند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل و واکاوی عدالت‌ستایی و ظلم ستیزی در شعر قرن ششم تا هشتم هجری میباشد. روش پژوهش: روش مطالعه در این جستار بشیوه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، بر مبنای مطالعات کتابخانه ای و روش تحلیل محتواست که در آن اشعار نُه شاعر برجسته از قرن ششم تا هشتم هجری مورد توجّه قرار خواهد گرفت. یافته های پژوهش: یافته های پژوهش نشان میدهد که شاعران مورد بررسی اشارات مستقیم و غیر مستقیم بسیاری به ناکارآمدی طبقات حاکم، ظلم و ستم فرمانروایان، بی‌توجّهی به عدل و داد، فساد، جهل و ناکارآمدی حاکمان و شیوه های مختلف تظلم و دادخواهی داشته اند. نتایج پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهد که شعر فارسی در سه قرن یاد شده یکی از مهمترین بسترهای دادخواهی، نقد قدرت و دفاع از عدالت را فراهم آورده است. از میان سه قرن مورد بررسی در قرن ششم بیشترین توجّه به مسأله ظلم و ستم موجود در جامعه شده است و فریاد دادخواهی شاعران در این قرن بیشتر است و سنایی، عطار، انوری، خاقانی، ابن یمین، نظامی، سعدی، حافظ و عبید به ترتیب بیشترین توجّه را به مفهوم عدالت و ستم‌ستیزی در اشعار خود داشته اند.دادخواهی, ستم‌ستیزی, شعر فارسی, قرن ششم تا هشتم.Justice.
