Objective and fresh perceptions of surrounding world by neo-sonnet poets, stylistic innovations and incorporation of some elements from free verse gradually led to its growth and eloquence. Imagery feature is so prominent in neo-sonnet that it is called the "pictorial sonnet."This paper aims to answer the following questions: "How does imagery in neo-sonnet differ from its counterpart in classic poems?" And "What methods are employed by neo-sonnet poets to achieve a fresh conception of imagery?" Thus we intend to investigate the characteristics of imagery in neo-sonnet and scrutinize the methods employed by neo-sonnet poets to this end. We try to depict how those methods refreshed imagery and stylistically distinguished neo-sonnet. It can be concluded from the present study that neo-sonnet, equipped with fresh imagery techniques, has created a new style in contemporary sonnet which distinguishes it from sonnet in previous eras.در دهه چهل، غزل نو با تلفیق شعر نیمایی و غزل سنتی پای به عرصه وجود نهاد. سپس با نگاه عینی و تازه شاعران نوغزلسرا به جهان پیرامون، نوآوریهای سبکی و افزودن عناصر دیگری از شعر آزاد، رفته رفته به رشد و بالندگی روی نهاد. ویژگی تصاویر در غزل نو به گونه ای است که آن را غزل تصویری نام نهاده اند. and lt;-p and gt; این مقاله بر آن است که برای این سؤال پاسخی بیابد که تصویر در غزل امروز نسبت به گذشته چه تفاوتهایی دارد و شاعر نوغزلسرا از چه روشهایی برای تازه کردن تصاویر خیال خود استفاده کرده است، لذا هدف این مقاله این است که به بررسی ویژگی تصاویر در غزل نو بپردازد و شیوه هایی را که شاعران نوغزلسرا برای رسیدن به این منظور در پیش گرفته اند مورد بحث و مداقه قرار دهد تا آشکار سازد که این روشها سبب تازه شدن تصاویر خیال و تشخص سبکی غزل معاصر شده است. نتیجه پژوهش این است که غزل نو با شیوه های نوین تصویرپردازی سبک جدیدی را در غزل معاصر به وجود آورده است که آن را نسبت به دوره های قبل متمایز میسازد. and lt;-p and gt; and lt;-p and gt; تصویر, تصویرپردازی, سبک, شعر معاصر, غزل, غزل نوimage, imagery, style, contemporary poem, qhazal, neo-sonnet (qhazal)https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/758.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/758.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/تشخص سبکی در شیوه تصویرپردازی غزل نوhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Stylistic Individuation of Imaging Techniques in Neo-Sonnet
