The aim of the poet is usually to teach moral and social issues, convey religious ideals, tell anecdotes, and offer advice. Among contemporary poets, the educational poems of Monzavi stand out as particularly significant. METHODOLOGY: This study aims to analyze the moral, social, and religious educational motifs found in Monzavi’s sonnets. Additionally, the study will analyze how these educational themes reflect the social and political conditions of the poet’s era, using an analytical-descriptive method. FINDINGS: The authors of this study identified the most common types of educational motifs in Monzavi’s work, such as seizing opportunities, helping others, contemplating death, learning from life’s greatest enigma, recognizing the importance of kindness and friendship, understanding the lack of importance of the material world, believing in contentment and submission, and offering advice. CONCLUSION: The results of the study show that in his sonnets, Monzavi not only addresses moral issues but also connects his personal identity to a social-political identity in order to depict the status of Iranian society, centered around freedom, love for one’s country, anti-authoritarianism, and the upholding of women’s rights and sanctity. The findings also indicate that religious motifs have the highest frequency in his work, emphasizing the teachings and bravery of Shia Imams, especially Imam Ali (pbuh) and Imam Hossein (pbuh), who hold a very special place in his sonnets. All of this demonstrates that the aforementioned poet possessed a deep knowledge of the intertwined Islamic-Iranian culture and sought to uphold it to the fullest extent of his literary ability.زمینه و هدف: ادب فارسی، هیچگاه از نوع شعر تعلیمی تهی نبوده است؛ به گونه ای که ادب تعلیمی یکی از گسترده ترین انواع ادب فارسی را تشکیل داده است و هدف سراینده آن، تبیین مسائل اخلاقی، اجتماعی، اندیشه های مذهبی، حِکَمی و مضامین پند‌گونه است. در میان شاعران معاصر، شعر تعلیمیِ منزوی، صبغه ای دیگرسان دارد و از دیگر آفرینشگران ادبی شاخصتر است. در این مقاله، سعی بر آن است که جلوه های ادبیات تعلیمی (اخلاقی، اجتماعی و آئینی) در غزل منزوی بررسی شود. روش مطالعه: نگارندگان در این پژوهش کوشیده اند با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، عمده ترین بن مایه های تعلیمی غزلهای منزوی را تبیین کرده، به واکاوی بخشی از اندیشه های تعلیمی که برخاسته از مقتضیات زمانی و شرایط اجتماعی و سیاسی شاعر موردنظر است، بپردازند. یافته ها: بنمایه های تعلیمی غزلهای منزوی، عمدتاً دربردارنده نکات اخلاقی‌ای چون: اغتنام فرصت، دستگیری از خلق، مرگ‌اندیشی و عبرتگیری از این پیچیده ترین معمّای هستی، اهمیّت محبّت و دوستی، بی‌اعتباری دنیا، اعتقاد به رضا و تسلیم و پند و اندرز است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که منزوی در غزلیات خویش، علاوه بر مؤلّفه های اخلاقی، با گره زدنِ منِ شخصی خویش با منِ اجتماعی- سیاسی، تصویری از اوضاع جامعه ایرانی با محوریت آزادی، حبّ وطن، استبدادستیزی و پاسداشتِ حقوق و حرمت زنان منعکس کرده است. بعلاوه، بنمایه های آئینی و مذهبی با بیشترین بسامد و با تأکید بر تعالیم و رشادتهای امامان شیعه بویژه امام علی (ع) و امام حسین (ع)، در غزل او جایگاه ویژه و شایسته ای دارد. این همه نشان میدهد که شاعر مذکور، آشنایی عمیق و استواری با فرهنگِ چندصداییِ اسلامی- ایرانی داشته است.شعر تعلیمی, غزل معاصر, منزوی, بن‌مایه های اخلاقی, اجتماعی و آئینی.
