The orientations of writers and poets in the field of children"s and adolescent literature towards children"s rights shed light on many social harms; rights that have also been considered in the Holy Quran. The main goal of this research is to analyze the pathology of child labor rights in literary texts and look at children"s rights in the Holy Quran. METHODOLOGY: The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical based on library studies and document mining. The statistical population of the research and its main focus are eleven key works of children"s and adolescent literature published by the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents and the Holy Quran. FINDINGS: The research findings indicate that in the works under study, poets and writers of children and adolescents have addressed the main issues related to children"s rights, especially the issue of child labor, with appropriate emotions in order to convey the theme of child labor, and child rights in the Holy Quran are also among the points that God Almighty has paid attention to in various verses from various aspects. CONCLUSION: The results of this study show that among the neglected basic rights regarding child labor in fiction literature are attention to the issue of literacy, livelihood, emotional support, prohibition of child labor, attention to play, leisure, and preservation of the dignity of girls. In the Holy Quran, child rights, especially the issue of education and upbringing, provision of alimony and livelihood, attention to the value and human dignity of girls, are among the important points.زمینه و هدف: ادبیّات کودک و نوجوان بویژه آثار داستانی و اشعاری که پیرامون کودکان کار پدید آمده است زمینه و فضای مناسبی را فراهم میکند تا بخشی از زندگی، دغدغه ها و مشکلات این قبیل کودکان بتصویر کشیده شود و تجارب ناخوشایند و نیازهای آنان از منظر ادبی و هنرمندانه به مخاطبان نشان داده شود. جهتگیریهای نویسندگان و شاعران عرصه ادبیّات کودک و نوجوان نسبت به حقوق کودک، روشنگر بسیاری از آسیبهای اجتماعی است؛ حقوقی که در قرآن کریم نیز مورد توجّه قرار گرفته است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش آسیب‌شناسی حقوق کودکان کار در متون ادبی و نگاهی به حقوق کودکان در قرآن کریم میباشد. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش در این مقاله توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بر مبنای مطالعات کتابخانه ای و سند کاوی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش و تمرکز اصلی آن بر یازده اثر شاخص ادبیّات کودک و نوجوان از انتشارات کانون پرورش فکری کودکان و نوجوانان و قرآن کریم است. یافته های پژوهش: یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که در آثار مورد بررسی شاعران و نویسندگان کودک و نوجوان اصلیترین مسائل مربوط به حقوق کودک بویژه مسأله کودکان کار را بخوبی با عواطف مناسب در راستای القای مضمون کودکان کار، مورد توجّه قرار داده اند و حقوق کودک در قرآن کریم نیز از جمله نکاتی است که خداوند متعال توجّه به آن را در آیات مختلف از جنبه های گوناگون مورد توجّه قرار داده است. نتایج پژوهش: نتایج این مطالعه نشان میدهد که از جمله حقوق اساسی مغفول در خصوص کودکان کار در ادبیّات داستانی توجّه به مسأله سواد، معیشت، حمایت عاطفی، نهی از کار کودک، توجّه به بازی، فراغت، حفظ کرامت دختران میباشد و در قرآن کریم نیز حقوق کودک بویژه مسأله تعلیم و تربیت، تأمین نفقه و معیشت، توجّه به ارزش و کرامت انسانی دختران از جمله نکات حائز اهمیت میباشد.ادبیّات داستانی, داستانهای کانون پرورش فکری کودکان و نوجوانان, کودکان کار, حقوق کودک در قرآن کریم.Fiction, Stories of the Center for the Intellectual Development of C, Child labor, Child rights in the Holy Quran.https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1828.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1828.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/بررسی حقوق کودکان کار در ادبیات کودک و نوجوان و مقایسه مختصر آن با حقوق کودکان در قرآنhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Investigating the rights of working children in children's and adolescent literature and briefly comparing it with the rights of children in the Qur'an
