Characters come and go, but the city is a stable and definite element that can be tied to anything suspended between heaven and earth. Reporting the daily life of people in the city needs tools that can reflect these changes. One of these tools is fiction. In addition to giving identity and credibility to cities, literature is also a means of their recognition. In the past decades, Persian fiction literature has focused on villages more than cities; But in the last decade or two, cities have become more important in stories. Currently, many contemporary authors and writers are known as urban poets and writers, and their fame is due to the creation of literary situations in the context of today"s cities. The main purpose of this article is to examine urban representations in some of the most important contemporary Persian stories. METHODOLOGY: In this research, which was carried out using a descriptive-analytical method, urban manifestations, based on Cohen"s classification, were examined in two parts: artificial space and social space in stories of fourteen contemporary writers. FINDINGS: In the first group, the architecture of urban houses, offices, organizations, and urban and public institutions, including mosques and religious places, hospitals, squares, universities, restaurants, printing houses, military centers, and references to urban neighborhoods were examined and evidence was presented. In the second group, the topics of the urban family, marriage in the city, the political situation of the city, westernization, and war were discussed. CONCLUSION: In every historical period, the city has been manifested in a special way in contemporary Persian stories. This happened in a different way during the Pahlavi period and the stories written during this period mostly deal with issues such as the sudden entry of modernity into the cities and especially the metropolises, including the capital of Iran and Tehran, and depict the issue of modernity in that era. During the time of Pahlavi II, the issue of modernity and the country"s political issues are discussed again. Then, the stories that were written in the city"s restless environment during the 1957 revolution sometimes report detailed descriptions of the city during the revolution.زمینه و هدف: شهر یکی از عناصر مهم داستان است که گاهی به اندازۀ شخصیتها، بلکه بیشتر اهمیت پیدا میکند. شخصیتها می‌آیند و میروند، اما شهر عنصری پایدار و قطعی است که میتوان هر چیز معلقی را که میان آسمان و زمین دست و پا میزند به آن بند کرد. گزارش زندگی روزمرۀ مردم در شهر به ابزارهایی نیاز دارد که توان بازتاب این تغییرات را داشته باشد. یکی از این ابزارها، ادبیات داستانی است.ادبیات علاوه بر آنکه به شهرها هویت و اعتبار میبخشد، ابزار شناختشان نیز است. ادبیات داستانی فارسی در دهه های پیش به روستا‌ها بیشتر از شهرها پرداخته است؛ اما در یکی دو دهۀ اخیر، شهرها اهمیت بیشتری در داستانها پیدا کرده اند. در حال حاضر بسیاری از ادیبان و نویسندگان معاصر بعنوان شاعر و نویسندۀ شهری شناخته میشوند و وجه شهرتشان مرهون خلق موقعیتهای ادبی در بستر شهرهای امروزی است. هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی نمودهای شهری در برخی از مهمترین داستانهای فارسی معاصر است. روش مطالعه: در این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی انجام شده است، نمودهای شهری، براساس تقسیم‌بندی کوهن، در دو بخش فضای مصنوع و فضای اجتماعی در داستانهایی از چهارده نویسندۀ معاصر بررسی شده است. یافته ها: در گروه اول، معماری خانۀ شهری، ادارات، سازمانها و نهادهای شهری و عمومی شامل مساجد و مکانهای مذهبی‌، بیمارستان، میدان، دانشگاه، رستوران، چاپخانه، مراکز نظامی و اشاره به محله های شهری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و شواهدی ارائه شد. در گروه دوم نیز به موضوعات خانوادۀ شهری، ازدواج در شهر، وضعیت سیاسی شهر، غربزدگی و جنگ پرداخته شد. نتیجه گیری: شهر در هر دورۀ تاریخی بنوعی خاص در داستانهای معاصر فارسی تجلی یافته است. این امر در دوران پهلوی بگونه ای دیگر رخ مینمایاند و داستانهایی که در این دوران نوشته میشوند بیشتر به مسائلی مانند ورود ناگهانی مدرنیته به شهرها و بخصوص کلانشهرها از جمله پایتخت ایران و تهران میپردازند و مسئلۀ تجدد را در آن دوران به تصویر میکشند. در زمان پهلوی دوم هم دیگرباره به مسئلۀ مدرنیته و مسائل سیاسی کشور پرداخته میشود. سپس داستانهایی که در بستر ناآرام و بیقرار شهر در انقلاب 57 نوشته شد، گاه توصیفات دقیقی از شهر در زمان انقلاب را گزارش میکنند.شهر, ادبیات داستانی, اجتماع, ادبیات شهریcity, fiction, community, urban literaturehttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1736.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1736.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/نمودهای شهری در داستان معاصر فارسیhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Urban manifestations in contemporary Persian fiction
