METHODOLOGY: This research investigates the place of debate technique in Hamidi officials and its indirect training in life issues with descriptive-analytical and testimonial method. FINDINGS: Judge Hamiduddin Balkhi consciously used this method to express moral, scientific, religious issues, etc. The debates of the Hamid officials are a reflection of the confrontation between two or more characters; Instead of describing the characters and the length of the speech, the author tries to introduce them to the audience with their words and actions. CONCLUSION: The author"s method in expressing the debate is about the fruitfulness, firmness and digestibility of words and the thinness of the meaning, and he uses a special precision in inventing the thought and its interpretation so that every phrase of the debate is related to each other in the frame of the verbal arrangement, and the grace and appropriateness of the words The speech moves towards the relevance of life issues and takes a step in the direction of educating the audience.زمینه و هدف: ماهیت جدلی مناظره، آموزش غیرمستقیم است که به دلیل شیوۀ خاص بیان و افزایش استدلال و تمثیل، همیشه در اذهان باقی میماند. روش مطالعه: این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و استشهادی به بررسی جایگاه فنّ مناظره در مقامات حمیدی و آموزش غیرمستقیم آن در مسائل زندگی میپردازد. یافته ها: قاضی حمیدالدین بلخی، آگاهانه از این روش بهره گرفته تا به وسیلۀ آن، به بیان مسائل اخلاقی، علمی، مذهبی و... بپردازد. مناظرات مقامات حمیدی، چشمگیریِ تقابل بین دو یا چند شخصیت است؛ نویسنده با شگرد و ابزارهای سخنوری میکوشد به جای توصیف کردن شخصیتها و درازدامنی سخن، آنها را با گفتار و کردارشان به مخاطب بشناساند. نتیجه گیری: طریقۀ نویسنده در بیان مناظره بر پرباری، استواری و گوارندگی لفظ و نازکی معنی است و در ابداع اندیشه و تعبیر آن دقّتی خاص به کار میبرد به طوری که هر عبارت مناظره در قاب آرایش کلامی با هم ربط پیدا میکنند و لطف و مناسبت لفظیِ کلام به سمت مناسبت مسائل زندگی سیر میکند و در مسیر تربیت مخاطب گام برمیدارد.مناظره, آموزش غیرمستقیم, زندگی, تربیت, مقامات حمیدی.debate, indirect education, life, education, Hamidi authorities.https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1674.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1674.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/بازجست ماهیت جدل احسن فنّ مناظره در مقامات حمیدی و آموزش غیرمستقیم سیرۀ عملی زندگی و نمود مستمر تربیتی آنhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Searching for the nature of debate, the best art of debate in Hamidi officials and indirect teaching of the practical course of life and its continuous form of education.
