Otherwise, the text cannot be cited for research. The researcher"s lack of attention to the text as a whole causes problem in understanding the text; sometimes, these problems are acute and increase the complexity of the text. This problem has also arisen in reading and understanding Maulavi"s Mathnawi. Reading part by part and focusing on the verse has caused the spiritual Mathnawi to be presented as a confused and disorderly work among the massive scholars. This research aims to change the approach, i.e., focus on semantic units larger than verse, to reach the existing order in the expression of Mathnawis. METHODOLOGY: The research method is based on the goal; Descriptive-analytical, and in terms of collecting information, it is a library documentary. FINDINGS: According to the findings of this research, the connection of Mathnawi content is intermittent. Alternation in the Mathnawi is alternating the non-narrative (educational) part and the narrative (parable) part. CONCLUSION: The topics presented in the non-narrative and narrative parts are connected like chain links in such a way that after each non-narrative link, there is a narrative link that has the role of an allegory or supplement. The educational materials are related and complementary if we do not consider the narrative circles. Therefore, the connection of academic content in the Mathnawi is a circular sequence.زمینه و هدف: با توجه به رویکرد کل نگر، در بررسی محتوای متن باید به این اصل توجه داشت که فهم متن به معنای واقعی، زمانی حاصل میشود که واحد تحلیل متن بصورت کامل و کل در نظر گرفته شود. در غیر این صورت، متن برای پژوهش قابل ‌استناد نیست. عدم توجه محقق به متن بعنوان یک کل، باعث به وجود آمدن مشکلاتی در درک متن میشود که گاهی این مشکلات حاد است و پیچیدگی متن را زیاد میکند. این مشکل در خوانش و فهم مثنوی مولوی نیز به وجود آمده است. خوانش جزء به جزء و تمرکز بر روی بیت، سبب شده است مثنوی معنوی بعنوان اثری پریشان و بدون نظم در میان مثنوی‌پژوهان مطرح شود. هدف این پژوهش آن است که با تغییر رویکرد یعنی تمرکز بر واحدهای معنایی بزرگتر از بیت، به نظم موجود در بیان مطالب مثنوی برسد. روش مطالعه: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نظر شیوۀ گردآوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه ای-اسنادی است. یافته ها: ارتباطِ مطالب مثنوی بصورت متناوب است. تناوب در مثنوی بصورت تناوب قسمت غیر روایی (تعلیمی) و قسمت روایی (تمثیلی) است. نتیجه گیری: مطالب قسمتهای غیر روایی و روایی مانند حلقه های زنجیر به هم متصل شده اند؛ به این صورت که بعد از هر حلقۀ غیرروایی یک حلقۀ روایی آمده است که نقش تمثیل یا مکمل دارد. اگر حلقه های روایی را در نظر نگیریم، مطالب تعلیمی به هم مرتبط و تکمیل‌کنندۀ هم هستند؛ بنابراین ارتباط مطالب تعلیمی در مثنوی، متوالیِ حلقه ای است.مثنوی, روایی, غیرروایی, کل نگر, متناوب.Mathnawi, narrative, non-narrative, holistic, alternatinghttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1526.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1526.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/تحلیل ارتباط ساختاری و محتوایی قسمتهای روایی و غیرروایی دفتر دوم مثنویhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Analyzing the structural and content relationship of narrative and non-narrative parts of Mathnawi's second book
