The main goal of this research is to examine Alfred Adler"s individualistic theory and the component of anger in his opinion in the poems of the Akhavan Sales as one of the prominent poets of contemporary Iranian literature, whose protest and anger feature prominently in his poems. METHODOLOGY: In this research, we have used the descriptive-analytical method based on library studies. The examined samples were systematically and purposefully selected randomly from the collection of Mahdi Akhavan Sales poems. FINDINGS: The social environment, the surrounding world and human relationships with others can cause negative feedback and anger in a person according to Alfred Adler"s individualistic theory; The perspective of the research shows that anger is one of the important behavioral characteristics of Mahdi Akhavan Sales in his poems, which is the result of his protest against the anomalies and suffocation in the society. CONCLUSION: Factors such as the poet"s introverted mood, emotional failure in his youth, going to prison, the coup d"état on August 28, restricting freedom of expression and political suppression, the dispersion of friends, unemployment, and the death of a child are among the factors involved and effective in expressing anger, violence, and aggression of the Akhavan Sales. It is among his compositions.زمینه و هدف: روانشناس برجستۀ اتریشی، آلفرد آدلر، با به کارگیری شیوه ای در روانشناسی فردگرا مبتنی بر توجه به جنبه های درونی اعم از خشم و احساس حقارت برخلاف فروید که اعمال بشر را نتیجه و حاصل غریزه میدانست بیان کرد که اعمال و رفتار انسان، زاییدۀ شرایط اجتماعی است؛ در میان شاعران معاصر اخوان ‌ثالث از هنرمندانی است که میتوان سائق خشم را در اندیشه و اشعار او مشاهده کرد. هدف اصلی در این پژوهش بررسی نظریۀ فردگرای آلفرد آدلر و مؤلفۀ خشم از نظر وی در اشعار اخوان ‌ثالث بعنوان یکی از شاعران برجستۀ ادبیات معاصر ایران است که اعتراض و خشم در اشعار وی نمود برجسته ای دارد. روش مطالعه: در این پژوهش از شیوۀ توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بر مبنای مطالعات کتابخانه ای و روش سندکاوی بهره برده ایم. نمونه های مورد بررسی بصورت سامانمند و هدفمند از مجموعه اشعار مهدی اخوان ‌ثالث به شیوۀ تصادفی انتخاب شده اند. یافته ها‌: محیط اجتماعی، جهان پیرامون و روابط انسانی با اطرافیان میتواند طبق نظریۀ فردگرای آلفرد آدلر سبب بازخورد احساس منفی و ایجاد خشم در فرد شود؛ چشم‌انداز پژوهش بیانگر آن است که خشم یکی از ویژگیهای مهم رفتاری مهدی اخوان‌ثالث در سروده هایش میباشد که حاصل اعتراض وی به نابهنجاریها و اختناق موجود در جامعه است. نتیجه گیری: عواملی چون روحیات درونگرای شاعر، شکست عاطفی در جوانی، زندان رفتن، کودتای 28 مرداد، محدود شدن آزادی بیان و اختناق سیاسی، پراکندگی جمع دوستان، بیکاری، و مرگ فرزند جزو عوامل دخیل و مؤثر در ابراز خشم، خشونت و پرخاشگری اخوان‌ثالث در میان سروده های وی میباشد.آلفرد آدلر, خشم, مکانیسم جبران, مهدی اخوان‌ثالث, نقد روانشناسانهAlfred Adler, anger, compensation mechanism, Mehdi Akhavan Sales, psychological criticism.https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1523.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1523.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/واکاوی مؤلفه های خشم و مکانیسم جبران بر مبنای روانشناسی آلفرد آدلر در اشعار مهدی اخوان‌ثالثhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Analyzing the components of anger and compensation mechanism based on Alfred Adler's psychology in the poems of Mehdi Akhavan Sales
