Paying attention to elites and the proper employment of individuals in appropriate positions and the cultivation of human capital play a major role in maintaining the survival and development of a society. Methods: The present study is a library study. The study area, based on the criteria considered in the research, is the literary elites of Azerbaijan. Findings: Based on the results of research conducted on 365 Azerbaijan elites, an important factor in the growth and development of elites is the existence of various literary schools, higher education, the existence of libraries, and modern education. Which has caused the number and abundance of elites in this country. The multiplicity of elites has also created a kind of negative competition between them. Conclusion: Azerbaijan is a special region with a more special and somewhat surprising destiny, its historical curiosity and adventure, belief in its freedom (constitutionalism), its culture and elitism, at the same time it is delighted because if being the region of firsts. The first Printing House, the first newspaper, the first school and … But unaware of itself. Unaware of world view, unaware of its present and past elites. This negligence is sometimes purposeful. And because of political issues and jealousies, and sometimes because of the society"s lack of knowledge about the irreplaceable role of literary elites.زمینه و هدف: آذربایجان در طول تاریخ، همواره دستخوش تحولات متعدد بوده و فراز و نشیبهای سیاسی و اجتماعی این سرزمین پهناور، مقتضیات متفاوتی را به خود دیده که تأثیر مستقیم بر روی کیفیت ارتباطات انسانی و نیز تعاملات اجتماعی مردم گذاشته است، به نحوی‌که شاهد ظهور و بروز نخبگان از این دیار هستیم. توجه به مهارتهای سرمایه انسانی (نخبگان)، و بکارگیری درست افراد در جایگاههای مناسب و پرورش سرمایه های انسانی، سهم عمده ای در حفظ بقا و پیشرفت یک جامعه ایفا میکند. روشها: پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه ای است که به شیوه کتابخانه ای انجام شده است.محدوده و جامعه مورد مطالعه، نخبگان ادبی آذربایجان بر اساس معیار های ملحوظ در تحقیق است. یافته ها: براساس نتایج تحقیقات انجام یافته بر‌ روی 365 نخبه آذربایجانی بررسی شده در این پژوهش؛ عامل مهم در بالندگی و پرورش نخبگان وجود مکاتب گوناگون ادبی، آموزش عالی، وجود کتابخانه، آموزش و پرورش نوین و ... است، که باعث تعدد و فراوانی نخبگان در این دیار شده است. تعدد نخبگان به نوعی رقابت منفی نیز بین آنان ایجاد کرده است. نتیجه گیری:آذربایجان منطقه ای خاص است با سرنوشتی خاصتر و تا حدی شگفت آور، کنجکاوی و حادثه جویی تاریخیش، اعتقاد به آزادیش(مشروطیت)، فرهنگ سازی و نخبه پروریش، در عین حال دلخوشیش به صاحب اولینها! اولین چاپخانه، اولین روزنامه، اولین مدرسه،... این پژوهش نشان میدهد که برخی از این نخبگان در حوزه ادبیات بوده و جایگاه خاص خود را در ادب فارسی داشته اند.نخبه پروری, نخبگان آذربایجان, ادبیات و بالندگیElitism, Elites of Azerbaijan, literature and developmenthttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1072.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1072.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/بررسی و تحلیل جایگاه نخبگان ادبی آذربایجانhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Study and analysis of the position of literary elites of Azerbaijan
