One of the current and interesting processes in the field of literary stylistics is Euphemism, which means replacing the taboo or unpleasant words and phrases with pleasant and accepted words, without neglecting the intended meaning they convey. This literary device both activates the creativity in its reader, and also respects the social ethics, and sometimes leads to a more influential impact on the reader. The current research aims to study the process of euphmism in the works of Akbar Radi, the famous contemporary Iranian playwright, published in a collection entitled Ruye Sahneye Abi. The theoretical framework chosen for this research is Warren (1992) and Borich (2006), and it was found that Radi has mainly used neologism and Metaphor as two effective tools in creating the euphemisms he had in mind. Some fields of taboo words were of course not found in the plays, and the linguistic domain of the euphemisms was mostly the domain of words, rather than sentences of phrases.آفرینش سازه های نوین زبانی، اصلیترین نیاز هر زبان در روند تحوّل و تکامل اجتماعی و یکی از مهمترین شگردهای "آشنایی زدایی"از کلام است؛ لذا حوزه ای مشترک در زبان شناسی ساختاری جدید و نقد ادبی فرمالیستی (شکل گرایانه) محسوب میشود. امروزه بخش عظیمی از مطالعات ادبی به ویژه شعر، در سراسر جهان، جستجوهای صورت گرایانه و ساخت گرایانه است که منجر به نگرشی نوین در حوزه نقد ادبی شعر فارسی نیز گردیده است. شاعران فارسی زبان در قدرت ترکیب سازی و یا توجّه به آن یکسان نیستند؛ در بین شاعران قرون چهارم تا هفتم، کسانی چون فردوسی، سنایی، خاقانی و نظامی در این زمینه درخشش زیادی دارند ولی مولانا در این عرصه جایگاه ویژه ای دارد. تعداد و نوع ترکیبات او در غزلیات شمس در مقایسه با سایر شاعران ترکیب ساز، قابل توجّه است. در بافت غزلیات او، صدها سازه نو در قالب اشتقاقات، ترکیبات، ترکیبات وصفی و اضافی و شبه جمله ها به کار رفته که هرکدام جداگانه قابل تحلیل و بررسی است. همچنین صدها سازه جدید فعلی از قبیل نمازیدن، دوانه کردن، طبل خوردن، چشم در عین وغین افتادن و... در غزلیات یافت میشود که بررسی و تحلیل ساختاری آنها موضوع مقاله حاضر است.مولوی, غزلیات شمس, فعل قیاسی, فعل مرکب, عبارت کناییEuphemism, Warren's classification, Helder's semantic classificat, linguistic unitshttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/143.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/143.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/ ابتکارهای مولوی در ساختن "سازههای فعلی نو"، در غزلیات شمسhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Euphemism in Dramatic Discourse: A Case Study of Akbar Radi's Plays
