Although the role of Pir and Sheikh have always been emphasized in the course of mystical thought, but mystics" views towards Pir and Sheikh have not necessarily been the same and this concept, like other mystical concepts, has undergone an evolutionary path and has progressed day by day towards maturity and a better understanding of it. Therefore, recognizing and explaining the view of various mystics, especially the view and thought of Sanai and Attar as prominent poets of mystical literature, is of special importance in this regard. In the mystical works of Sanai and Attar, including their poetry’s Divan, the brilliant image of the Pir and Sheikh as guides of the path is manifested, who always guide the seeker in all stages of seeking. One of the dimensions that can be studied in the Divan of Pir Ghazneh and Sheikh Sahebdel of Neishabour, which along with revealing the physical and spiritual characteristics of the beloved Pir in the arena of join, is the discussion of interpretations and examples that two poets have used to introduce the Pir. These two sometimes use expressions such as Sheikh, Rend, Saqi, Rahbar, Morad and Muqtada, Sufi, Zahed, Shah Kharabat, Teshnegan Kammal, Raskhan Din, Saeman Nahar, Qaeman Layl, and etc., and Sometimes the wise Pir is tied to the name of the prophets and saints such as the Prophet, Khedr , Jesus and Noah , Soliman and Abraham and Imam Ali whom their spiritual essence heals the sick and comforts the seekers in the arena of join. This research seeks to study the concept, examples and functions of Pir in a descriptive-analytical way and through a detailed analysis of the Divan of these two.یکی از ابعاد لاینفک ادبیات عرفانی بحث توصیف پیران وارسته و خلوت نشینی است که مردمان را به قطع تعلق و دلبستگی از عالم صورت و پیوستن به جهان معنا فرا میخوانند و در سایۀ دلسوزیهای بدون چشمداشت آنان، مس وجود سالکان نوسفر به طلای ناب مبدل میگردد. اگرچه در سیر تفکر عرفانی بر نقش پیران و مشایخ همواره تأکید شده است اما نظر عرفان نسبت به پیران و مشایخ الزاماً یکسان نبوده و این مفهوم نیز چون سایر مفاهیم عرفانی مسیر تکاملی را طی نموده و روزبه روز به سوی پختگی و درک درستتر آن پیش رفته است؛ لذا شناخت و تبیین نگاه عارفان مختلف بویژه نگاه و اندیشۀ سنایی و عطار به عنوان سرایندگان برجستۀ ادبیات عرفانی نسبت به این موضوع اهمیت ویژه ای دارد. در آثار عرفانی سنایی و عطار، از جمله دیوان اشعارشان، سیمای درخشان پیران و مشایخی به عنوان راهنمایان طریقت جلوه گر است که همواره در تمامی مراحل سلوک به راهنمایی سالک میپردازند.یکی از ابعاد قابل بررسی در دیوان پیر غزنه و شیخ صاحبدل نیشابور که در لابلای پرده برداشتن از ویژگیهای ظاهری و معنوی پیران دلباختۀ عرصۀ وصال بدان اشاره شده، بحث تعابیر و مصادیقی است که دو سراینده در راستای معرفی پیران از آنها بهره برده اند. این دو، گاه از تعابیری نظیر شیخ، رند، ساقی، رهبر، مراد و مقتدا، صوفی، زاهد، شاه خرابات، تشنگان کمال، راسخان دین، صائمان نهار، قائمان لیل و... بهره میگیرند و گاه پیر فرزانۀ روحانی را به نام انبیا واولیای الهی نظیر پیامبر(ص)، خضر(ع)، عیسی و نوح(ع)، سلیمان و ابراهیم(ع) و حضرت علی(ع)گره میزنند که وجود معنویشان شفابخش بیماردلان و مایۀ اطمینان و آرامش سالکان عرصۀ وصال است. این پژوهش درصدد است تا به شیوۀ توصیفی–تحلیلی و از طریق واکاوی دقیق دیوان این دو، به بررسی مفهوم، مصادیق وکاکردهای پیر بپردازد.سنایی, عطار, پیر, مصادیق و کارکردهای پیر, تشابه, تفاوتSanai, Attar, Pir, examples and functions of Pir, similarities, differenceshttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1049.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1049.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/مفهوم، مصادیق و کارکرد قیاسی پیر و ترکیبهای آن در دیوان سنایی غزنوی و عطار نیشابوریhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Concept, examples and deductive function of Pir and its combinations in Divan of Sanai qaznavi and Attar naishabori
