The Presentation and Stylistics of Manuscript of "Latayef-ol-'ensha"

Abstract

"Latayef-ol-"ensha" is one of the scripts of eight century hijri wich is a collection of patterns and courses on letter-writing for scribes.

"Nasr-o-Allah ibn Alaa" al-Banna" al-Nasafi" is the autor of this book of whose birthdate and deathdate no precise information is available; however, according to some evidence, he must have been living in the eight century. He also used to be a scribe in the court of Mongolian Ilkhanate.

The book contains a percieux prose and is considered to be among the invaluable Persian literature scripts. Since only to copies of this book is available in addition to the significant importance of them which gives us numerous insights into the literary, linguistic and social aspects of Mongol era, the researcher is introducing this work in the hope of shedding light on it along with making it avaluable to those interested. Therefore, in accordance with the topic as well as in order to get a better understanding of the work, efforts has been made to gather information about the author and consequently to clarify the issue, structure, script"s features, style and writing system.
