Medicine is a science ,which Vravyny benefited from it,in his book .Although this is one of the stylistic features of technical prose ,but interesting way contributed to the development of the other features of technical prose in marzbanameh.The Quranic verses related to medical science,making figures of speech with words and themes medical ,medical content and multiplicity of poems with Arabic medical terminologyis the characteristic style of this work.Vravyny using medical teaching ,has created a figure of speech pun,metaphor,allegory,metaphor,irony,fitness,allusion and allegory.در طول تاریخ، مذاهب و مکاتب به طرح نظریه های خود درباره حقوق برابر انسانها پرداخته و سعی در اجرای عدالت مورد نظر خود داشته اند. تلاشهایی که در چند قرن اخیر انسجام یافته در نهایت با تصویب منشور بین المللی حقوق بشر در سال 1946 وارد مرحله نوینی شده است. در این مقاله که به بررسی مفهوم حقوق بشر در سبک خراسانی میپردازد، موادی از منشور در آثار شاعران این سبک بررسی شد. آنچه به دست آمد، نشان دهنده این است که ایرانیان در طول تاریخ، چه بسا، با وجود داشتن نظریه ها و قوانین دینی و اجتماعی قوی در زمینه عدالت و حقوق انسان، در عمل، از معیارها و ارزشها دور شده اند و کم نیستند روزگارانی که در حق هم اجحاف کرده اند. مواردی چون شکنجه های ظالمانه، تبعیض نژادی و طبقاتی، عدم آزادی عقیده، عدم تاثیرگذاری مردم در حکومت و انتخاب حاکمان، پاسخگو نبودن حکام در برابر اعمال خود، نبود حق برابر برای زنان و... جزو مواردی هستند که در اشعار دوره مورد نظر مصادیق فراوانی دارد. البته در حیطه اعتقاد و عمل موارد قابل قبول نیز قابل توجه هستند.سبک خراسانی, حقوق بشر, عدالتmarzbannameh, Saad Eddin Vravyny, medicine, technical prose, stylisticshttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/99.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/99.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/بررسی موادی از منشور بین المللی حقوق بشر در سبک خراسانیhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/The medical terms and concepts in the structure of marzbannameh, from the perspective of stylistics
