Owing to its portrayal of power relations, domination, colonialism, social inequality, and the status of women, Savushun provides a valuable context for analyzing the components of citizenship rights. Accordingly, the present study aims to investigate the various dimensions of citizenship rights and the ways in which they are represented in this novel. METHODOLOGY: This study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach based on library research and documentary analysis. The research data were extracted from the text of Savushun and analyzed according to the principal dimensions of citizenship rights, including civil, political, social, and cultural rights. FINDINGS: The findings indicate that Savushun represents a wide range of citizenship rights, including the right to life, human dignity, freedom of thought and expression, security, property rights, privacy, education, employment, healthcare, social welfare, social participation, and the right to criticize political authority, all within the novel"s socio-political context. Furthermore, the novel offers a vivid depiction of the structural barriers to the realization of these rights, particularly for women, while revealing the impact of colonialism and social inequalities on the restriction of citizenship rights. CONCLUSION: The findings demonstrate that Savushun adopts a critical perspective in which citizenship rights are conceived not merely as individual entitlements but as rights intrinsically connected to the social, political, and cultural structures of society. By critiquing mechanisms of discrimination, the novel emphasizes the protection of human dignity, social justice, civic participation, and the role of women in the realization of citizenship rights. From this perspective, Savushun can be regarded as one of the most significant works of contemporary Persian fiction in representing the discourse of citizenship rights.زمینه و هدف: با گسترش رویکردهای میان‌رشته ای در مطالعات ادبی و علوم اجتماعی، بررسی بازتاب مفاهیم حقوق شهروندی در متون ادبی به یکی از حوزه های مهم پژوهش تبدیل شده است. رمان سووشون بدلیل بازنمایی مناسبات قدرت، سلطه، استعمار، نابرابریهای اجتماعی و جایگاه زنان، بستری مناسب برای تحلیل مؤلفه های حقوق شهروندی فراهم می‌آورد. ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی ابعاد مختلف حقوق شهروندی و شیوه بازنمایی آن در این رمان انجام شده است. روش مطالعه: این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و بر پایه مطالعات کتابخانه ای و روش سندکاوی انجام شده است. داده های پژوهش از متن رمان سووشون استخراج و بر اساس مؤلفه های حقوق شهروندی شامل حقوق مدنی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی مورد تحلیل و ارزیابی قرار گرفته اند. یافته های پژوهش: یافته های پژوهش نشان میدهد که رمان سووشون طیف گسترده ای از مؤلفه های حقوق شهروندی، از جمله حق حیات، کرامت انسانی، آزادی اندیشه و بیان، امنیت، مالکیت، حریم خصوصی، آموزش، اشتغال، بهداشت، رفاه اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی و حق نقد قدرت سیاسی را در بستر تحولات اجتماعی و سیاسی رمان بازنمایی میکند و تصویری روشن از موانع ساختاری تحقق این حقوق، بویژه برای زنان را ارائه میدهد و تأثیر استعمار و نابرابریهای اجتماعی را بر محدود شدن حقوق شهروندی آشکار میسازد. نتایج پژوهش: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که در رمان سووشون با اتخاذ رویکردی انتقادی، حقوق شهروندی فراتر از حقوق فردی و در پیوند با ساختارهای اجتماعی، سیاسی و فرهنگی جامعه تبیین شده است. این اثر ضمن نقد سازوکارهای تبعیض، بر ضرورت صیانت از کرامت انسانی، عدالت اجتماعی، مشارکت مدنی و نقش زنان در فرایند تحقق حقوق شهروندی تأکید دارد و از این منظر، یکی از شاخصترین رمانهای معاصر فارسی در بازنمایی گفتمان حقوق شهروندی بشمار میرود.حقوق شهروندی, سووشون, سیمین دانشور, ادبیات داستانی معاصر.Citizenship Rights, Savushun, Simin Daneshvar, Contemporary Persian Fiction.https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/2060.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/2060.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/بررسی مؤلفه های حقوق شهروندی در آثار نویسندگان زن معاصر (موردکاوی: رمان سووشون اثر سیمین دانشور)https://bahareadab.com/en/article/An Examination of the Components of Citizenship Rights in the Works of Contemporary Iranian Women Writers( A Case Study of Savushun by Simin Daneshvar)
