Poets and writers, as one of the conscious and enlightened strata of society, have reflected many political and social issues, including justice, justice, and anti-oppression, in their works; among these writers and poets, Ibn Yamin Faryumadi is one of the famous poets of the eighth century AH who, using poetic language, has depicted many cultural, political, moral, and behavioral disorders and collapses in society, including oppression and the lack of a just system in Iran of his time. Paying attention to social justice and the collapse of the cultural and political foundation and structure in this regard is one of the main axes and intellectual system of Ibn Yamin in his poems, which is the main purpose of studying and examining the authors in this research. METHODOLOGY: The study method in this article is documentary, library and content analysis, which was carried out on a selection of Ibn Yamin"s poems. FINDINGS: The research findings show that Ibn Yamin"s poems, especially his pieces, contain many direct and indirect criticisms of corruption, injustice, ignorance, inefficiency of the ruling class, and disregard for the noble and the inferior of society. In his poems, while praising justice and fairness, he has well depicted the turbulent conditions and critical situation of his society and era. CONCLUSION: Ibn Yamin can be considered one of the prominent Iranian poets in the eighth century AH who, as a social advisor and sharp thinker, criticizes injustices, moral and social collapses, and the loss of human values, and in support of the noble and the arts, and the oppressed, turns poetry into a voice of justice and fairness.زمینه و هدف: آثار ادبی از گذشته تاکنون یکی از جمله منابع ارزنده جهت تحلیل و بررسی اوضاع سیاسی، اجتماعی و تحلیل و مطالعه مضامین جامعه شناسانه بوده است. شاعران و ادیبان بعنوان یکی از اقشار آگاه و روشن ضمیر جامعه بسیاری از مسائل سیاسی و اجتماعی از جمله عدالت، دادپروری و ظلم‌ستیزی را در آثار خویش بازتاب داده اند؛ از جمله این ادیبان و شاعران ابن‌یمین فریومدی از شاعران معروف قرن هشتم هجری است که با بهره گیری از زبان شعری، بسیاری از نابسامانیها و فروپاشیهای فرهنگی، سیاسی، اخلاقی و رفتاری موجود در جامعه از جمله ظلم و ستم و نبود نظام دادپرور در ایران روزگار خویش را بتصویر کشیده است. توجّه به عدالت اجتماعی و فروپاشی بنیان و ساختار فرهنگی و سیاسی در این زمینه از جمله محورهای اصلی و نظام فکری ابن‌یمین در اشعارش میباشد که در این پژوهش هدف اصلی مطالعه و بررسی نگارندگان است. روش مطالعه: روش مطالعه در این مقاله بشیوه اسنادی، کتابخانه ای و تحلیل محتواست که در گزیده ای از اشعار ابن‌یمین انجام شده است. یافته های پژوهش: یافته های پژوهش نشان میدهد که اشعار ابن‌یمین بویژه قطعات او حاوی انتقادهای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بسیاری به فساد، بیعدالتی، جهل، ناکارآمدی طبقه حاکم، بی‌توجّهی به اهل فضل و فرودستان جامعه است. او در اشعار خود ضمن تمجید از عدل و انصاف شرایط پرآشوب و وضعیت بحرانی جامعه و عصر خویش را بخوبی ترسیم نموده است. نتیجه پژوهش: ابن‌یمین را میتوان یکی از شاعران برجسته ایران در قرن هشتم هجری بشمار آورد که در قالب ناصحی اجتماعی و اندیشمندی تیزبین ناراستیها، فروپاشیهای اخلاقی، اجتماعی، از بین رفتن ارزشهای انسانی را مورد نقد قرار میدهد و در حمایت از اهل فضل و هنر و مظلومان شعر را بصدای عدالتخواهی و دادگری بدل میسازد.ابن‌یمین فریومدی, ستم ستیزی, نقد قدرت, عدالت اجتماعی, ادبیّات تعلیمی.Ibn Yamin Faryumadi.
