One of the great theorists who discussed narrative semiotics is Michael Riffater, whose goal was to determine a coherent framework for accurate reading of the text, moving beyond superficial meaning, and understanding the codes. The stages of his theory are: initial reading and exploratory reading. Exploratory reading itself includes the recognition of connotations, namely unfamiliar combinations, descriptive rhyme schemes, and hypograms. METHODOLOGY: The present article aims to examine and analyze the perceptions hidden in Rang Sepehri"s Death Notebook according to Riffater"s narrative semiotics theory. The method of conducting this research is descriptive-analytical, and the data are collected using questionnaires and studying related sources, and then analyzed using the content analysis technique. FINDINGS: Since Sohrab Sepehri is one of the poets whose poems are symbolic, Michael Rifater"s theory can help decipher his poems, which will make the reader more present in understanding and receiving the poet"s ultimate purpose and discovering the hidden codes of the poem. It can be said that Sohrab"s poetry can be analyzed using Rifater"s model, and the most important element is the creative and exploratory reading of the audience, which will help the reader to receive the meaning. CONCLUSION: This research shows that Sohrab began the poems of Daftar Merg Rang with a socio-political perspective and gradually distanced himself from it because the exploratory implications revolve more around the darkness that dominates the poet"s environment. Although the poet acknowledges the existence of people who want to escape from the conditions prevailing in society, he ultimately accepts the despair and lack of awakening of society. In the last poem, he concludes that the black man has no intention of leaving, so it is better for him to be happy and focus more on his inner world.زمینه و هدف: منظور از نشانه شناسی روایی در شعر، دریافت روایت شعر براساس نشانه های موجود در شعر است از نظریه پردازانِ بزرگی که به بحث نشانه شناسی روایی پرداختند، مایکل ریفاتر است که هدفش تعیین یک چارچوب منسجم برای خوانش دقیق متن و گذر از معنای سطحی و دریافت رمزینه ها بود. مراحل نظریۀ وی : خوانش اولیه و خوانش اکتشافی. خوانش اکتشافی خود شامل تشخیص دلالتها یعنی ترکیبهای نامأنوس، منظومه توصیفی و هیپوگرام است. روشها: مقاله حاضر بر آن است که دریافتهای نهفته در دفتر مرگ رنگ سپهری را با توجه به نظریۀ نشانه ‌شناسی روایی ریفاتر بررسی و تحلیل کند. روش انجام این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی است و داده ها با استفاده از فیش نویسی و مطالعۀ منابع مرتبط گرد آوری میشوند و سپس با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل محتوا تجزیه وتحلیل خواهند شد. یافته ها: از آنجا که سهراب سپهری از شاعرانی است که اشعارش نمادین است، نظریه مایکل ریفاتر میتواند به رمزگشایی از اشعار وی کمک کند که سبب حضور هرچه بیشتر خواننده در درک و دریافت مقصود نهایی شاعر و کشف رمزینه های نهفتۀ شعر میگردد. میتوان گفت شعر سهراب با الگوی ریفاتر قابل تحلیل است و ‌مهمترین عنصر، خوانش خلاق و اکتشافی مخاطب است که به دریافت معنا توسط خواننده کمک خواهد کرد. نتیجه گیری: این تحقیق نشان میدهد که سهراب شعرهای دفتر مرگ رنگ را با دیدی اجتماعی- سیاسی آغاز کرده و بتدریج از آن فاصله گرفته چراکه دلالتهای اکتشافی بیشتر حول محور سیاهی حاکم بر محیط اطراف شاعر دور میزنند. شاعر اگرچه به وجود افرادی برای رهایی از شرایط حاکم بر جامعه اذعان دارد؛ اما در نهایت ناامیدی و عدم بیداری جامعه را میپذیرد. در آخرین شعر به این نتیجه میرسد که سیاهی خیال رفتن ندارد پس بهتر است او خود شاد باشد و بیشتر به دنیای درون خود بپردازد.نشانه, نشانه ‌شناسی روایی, مایکل ریفاتر, سهراب سپهری, مرگ رنگSign, Narrative Semiotics, Michael Rifater, Sohrab Sepehri, The Death of Colorhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1795.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1795.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/بررسی نشانه شناسی روایی در مرگ رنگ سهراب سپهری براساس نظریۀ مایکل ریفاترhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/A study of narrative semiotics in Sohrab Sepehri's The Death of Color based on Michael Rifater's
