Among the moral issues and issues, most of the points are related to the rights of people in the society. In this article, we have tried to extract and analyze all the points related to citizenship rights, the rights of society members towards each other, as well as the rights of family members from Saadi"s poetry and prose works. METHODOLOGY: In this research, based on library sources and analytical-descriptive method, Saadi"s legal thoughts were investigated in her moral teachings. FINDINGS:In this research, all the points related to citizenship rights, the rights of society members towards each other, as well as the rights of family members were extracted and analyzed from Saadi"s poetry and prose works. CONCLUSION: The results of the research show that in Saadi"s works, the rights of all people and groups of society are widely discussed in the form of moral advice and among them, the citizenship and general rights of people are the most. has been taken into account. Another thing is that all of Saadi"s words and thoughts are completely in line with the teachings of Islam.زمینه و هدف: یکی از مهمترین موضوعات محوری آثار سعدی اخلاق است و اساس اندیشه های سعدی نیز در اخلاقیات او تجلّی یافته است. در میان موضوعات و مسایل اخلاقی نیز، بیشترین نکات مربوط به حقوق افراد جامعه است. در این مقاله کوشیده ایم تمام نکات مربوط به حقوق شهروندی، حقوق افراد جامعه نسبت به هم و همچنین حقوق اعضای خانواده را از آثار منظوم و منثور سعدی استخراج و بررسی کنیم. روش ها: در این پژوهش بر اساس منابع کتابخانه ای و روش تحلیلی- توصیفی، به بررسی اندیشه های حقوقی سعدی در آموزه های اخلاقی او پرداخته شد. یافته ها: در این پژوهش تمام نکات مربوط به حقوق شهروندی، حقوق افراد جامعه نسبت به هم و همچنین حقوق اعضای خانواده از آثار منظوم و منثور سعدی استخراج و بررسی شد. نتیجه گیری: نتیجه یافته های تحقیق نشان میدهد که در آثار سعدی، از حقوق همه افراد و گروههای جامعه به صورت گسترده در قالب پند و نصیحتهای اخلاقی سخن رفته و در این میان حقوق شهروندی و عمومی افراد بیش از همه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. دیگر این که تمامی سخنان و اندیشه های سعدی کاملا منطبق بر آموزه های دین مبین اسلام است.سعدی, اخلاق, حقوق, خانواده, مردم, حکومت.Saadi, ethics, law, family, people, government.https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1770.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1770.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/بررسی اندیشه های حقوقی سعدی در آموزه های اخلاقی اوhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Examining Saadi's legal thoughts in his moral teachings
