METHODOLOGY: The research method in this study is analytical-descriptive based on library sources. FINDINGS: The findings show that: the famous and the bad in Mawlawi"s Masnavi can be examined from three angles: cultural, ethical-shari"a and ontological; Commands and prohibitions form cultural issues such as avoiding lies and untruths and encouraging truth and sincerity. Commands and prohibitions in the scope of belief: It includes issues such as avoiding sin and encouraging chastity, and finally, commands and prohibitions in the scope of ontology include issues such as paying attention to theology, anthropology, and avoiding negligence and ignorance. CONCLUSION: What was obtained from the search is that the command to good and the prohibition of evil in Moulavi"s words are not only summarized in "Sharie" but also include a wide range of educational and epistemological topics such as: Sharia, moral and ontological matters. Therefore, the analysis of "musts" and "must nots" in the Masnavi, if seen in a general and so-called constructive view, can better show Moulana"s view of happiness and misery and show the way from the well to the reader. Among the commands and prohibitions that were in the domain of Shariat, we can mention the command to worship and the prohibition to abandon worship or sin. In the field of ethics, there is an order for sincerity and prohibition of lying or pretense, and finally, in the ontological field, the order of monotheism and the prohibition of polytheism or the order of self-knowledge and the prohibition of negligence and ignorance towards self-knowledge can be mentioned. Once, when we consider the commands and prohibitions of Rumi from various aspects - and in a general and so-called constructive view - the happiness and good fortune of man will be provided and in this way man will reach his destination.زمینه و هدف: زمینه پژوهش حاضر را «امر به معروف و نهی از منکر از منظرهای فرهنگی، اعتقادی و هستی‌شناسی تشکیل میدهد تا از این طریق معروف و منکرها را از زوایای مختلف مورد بررسی قرار داده و به جامعیت دیدگاه مولانا در این زمینه رهنمون آییم. روش: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی بر اساس منابع کتابخانه ای است. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان میدهد که معروف‌ها و منکرها در مثنوی مولوی از سه زاویه قابل بررسی است: فرهنگی، اخلاقی ـ شرعی و هستی‌شناسی؛ امر و نهی در محدوده فرهنگی، موضوعی مثل: پرهیز از دروغ و ناراستی و تشویق به راستی و اخلاص را شکل میدهد. امر و نهی در محدوده اعتقادی، مسأله ای مثل: پرهیز از گناه و تشویق به پاک دامنی را شامل میشود و بالاخره امر و نهی در محدوده هستی‌شناسی، مواردی چون: خداشناسی، انسان‌شناسی و دوری گزیدن از غفلت و بی‌خبری را میتواند در برگیرد. نتیجه گیری: آنچه از جستجوی انجام شده به دست آمد عبارت از آن است که: امر به معروف و نهی از منکر در سخنان مولوی تنها در «شرعیات» خلاصه نمی‌شود بلکه دایره ای وسیع از مباحث تربیتی و معرفتی مثل: امور شرعی، اخلاقی و هستی‌شناسی را نیز شامل میگردد. بنابراین تحلیل «بایدها» و «نبایدها» در مثنوی چنانچه در یک نگاه کلی ـ و به اصطلاح ساختمند ـ مطالعه شود بهتر می‌تواند نگاه مولانا را درخصوص سعادت و شقاوت نشان داده و راه را از چاه به خواننده بنمایاند. از امر و نهی‌هایی که در حوزه شرعیات بوده، امر به عبادت و نهی از ترک عبادت یا معصیت را میتوان نام برد. در حوزه اخلاقیات امر به اخلاص و نهی از دروغ یا تظاهر می‌باشد و بالاخره، در حوزه هستی‌شناختی امر به یگانه پرستی و نهی از شرک یا امر به خودشناسی و نهی از غفلت و بی‌خبری نسبت به شناخت خویشتن خویش قابل ذکراند. باری، آنگاه که امر و نهی‌های مولانا را از جهات گوناگون ـ و در یک نگاه کلی و به اصطلاح ساختمند در نظر آوریم ـ سعادت و نیک‌بختی بشر فراهم گردیده و به این طریق انسان به سر منزل مقصود نایل خواهد آمد.امر (به معروف), نهی (از منکر), اخلاقیات, شرعیات, هستی‌شناسی, مثنوی مولانا.Enjoining (for the good), forbidding (for the bad), Moral affairs, Islamic affairs, ontology, Maolana's Masnavi.https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1760.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1760.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/امر و نهی و بازتاب آنها در مثنوی مولوی (از منظر فرهنگی، اعتقادی و هستی‌شناسی)https://bahareadab.com/en/article/Commands and prohibitions and their reflection in Moulavi's Masnavi (from a cultural, religious and ontological point of view)
