A poet"s thoughts flow through his/her language and manifest in the form of poetry. Language and thought share an inseparable bond. A poet"s language is shaped by his/her thoughts and perspectives; the simpler and clearer his/her thoughts, the clearer his/her language will be, distancing itself from complex interpretations and concepts. Sheikh AbulFaiz bin Mubārak, known by the pen name of "FaiziFayāzi" and recognized as "FaiziDakani", is a renowned Persian poet of the 10th century of Hijri following the Indian style. His poetic art, expressive style, exceptional talent, and delightful verses have garnered praise from biographers and experts. METHODOLOGY: This research, employing an analytical and descriptive approach, aimed to address the following question: What are the primary characteristics of the Divan of FaiziDakani from the perspective of language and thought? FINDINGS: According to the research findings, FaiziDakani was a pioneering poet of the Indian style and had played a significant role in its formation and evolution. While his poetic language was adorned with allusions, similes, and metaphors, he had particularly emphasized the use of allusions among all literary devices. Many features of the Indian style, which later became popular and common, were stylistically present in his poetry. The predominant poetic form in Faizi"s Divan was the sonnet. Love, mysticism, preaching, admonition, and pursuit of unusual meanings were the primary intellectual themes of his poems. CONCLUSION: The proximity of his poetry to colloquial language, as well as incorporation and utilization of slang words and expressions, isthe key characteristics of his poetic language. Faizi has adeptly utilized the capabilities of the Persian language to create new combinations, thereby generating fresh meanings and images. From a literary perspective, he has employed similes, metaphors, and allusions more frequently than other literary devices. Love, mysticism, guidance, wisdom, attention to educational literature, and exploration of moral issues are the recurring themes in Faizi"s poetry.زمینه و هدف: شعر، آمیزه ای از اندیشه و صورخیال است. اندیشه های شاعر، بر زبان او جاری و در قالب شعر بیان میشود. زبان و اندیشه، رابطه ای ناگسستنی دارند. زبان شاعر متأثر از اندیشه و دیدگاه اوست؛ هرچه اندیشه های او ساده و صریح باشند، زبان او نیز شفاف و دور از تعابیر و مفاهیم پیچیده خواهد بود. شیخ ابوالفیض بن مبارک متخلص به «فیضی فیاضی» و مشهور به «فیضی دکنی» شاعر معروف فارسی گوی سدۀ دهم هجری و سبک هندی است. هنر شاعری، شیوۀ بیان، طبع بلند و ابیات نفیس و طرز دلپسندش مورد ستایش تذکره نویسان و صاحب نظران بوده است. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش به شیوۀ تحلیلی- توصیفی درصدد پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که اصلیترین خصیصه های دیوان فیضی دکنی از منظر زبان و فکر کدام است؟ یافته ها: براساس یافته های پژوهش، فیضی دکنی از شاعران پیشگام سبک هندی است که در شکل‌گیری و تکامل این سبک، نقش چشمگیری داشته است. زبان شعریش از کنایه و تشبیه و استعاره خالی نیست ولی از همه صنایع، تلمیح بیشتر مورد توجه قرار میگیرد. به بیان دیگر بسیاری از ویژگیهای سبک هندی که بعدها رواج عام مییابد و ویژگی مشترک شعر سبک هندی میشود، در شعر او حضور و تبلور سبک‌شناختی یافته است. قالب مسلط شعری دیوان فیضی، غزل است؛ عشق و عرفان، موعظه و اندرز، جستجوی معنی بیگانه و... مضامین عمده فکری اشعارش هستند. نتیجه گیری: نزدیکی شعرش به زبان محاوره، ترکیب سازی و کاربرد واژه ها و اصطلاحات عامیانه از ویژگیهای اصلی زبان شعریش به شمار میرود. فیضی از ظرفیتهای زبان فارسی برای ترکیب سازیهای جدید بخوبی استفاده کرده است و با خلق این ترکیبها، معانی و تصاویر جدیدی را ایجاد کرده است. از منظر ادبی، استفاده از تشبیه، استعاره، تشخیص و تلمیح بسامد بیشتری نسبت به سایر صنایع شعری دارند. عشق، عرفان، پند و حکمت، و توجه به ادبیات تعلیمی و پرداختن به مباحث اخلاقی از جمله مضامین پربسامد در اشعار فیضی است.فیضی دکنی, سبک هندی, مضمون سازی, ذهن, زبان, فکر.FaiziDakani, Indian style, theming, mind, language, thought.https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1730.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1730.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/بررسی ذهن و زبان فیضی دکنی (با تکیه بر دیوان وی)https://bahareadab.com/en/article/Examining the mind and language of Faizi Decani (based on his divan)
