Several copies of this book are available in Indian and Iranian libraries. In this research, the version of the parliament library has been studied in terms of structural, intellectual and literary features. METHODOLOGY: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted to identify the characteristics of the book and the effect of Avestan, Pahlavi, Persian and Arabic scripts and languages ​​on its language and writing, as well as the content of narrations and its literary style. FINDINGS: The script and language of this book are slightly influenced by the script, language and style of the tenth century and the use of Arabic words and more inclined to the script and language of Pahlavi and Avestan and Zoroastrian words. In terms of calligraphy, it prevails with continuous writing, and in terms of the use of words, Old Persian and Zoroastrian words and the Avestan language prevail, and in many cases, the Avestan script and language have been used directly in it. The handwriting of the book is also different in different places and in some pages it is ugly and irregular, which shows multiple scribes and adding content at different times. The content of the book also includes the doctrinal issues of the Zoroastrian religion, which has been quoted from authentic books through questions and answers and attention to the narrations of different narrators. From a literary point of view, no specific style can be considered for this book because It has no aesthetic basis and its features include syntactic shifts and deletion of verbs as well as repetition, a bit of simile and allegory. Poetic narrations do not have poetic features and do not have an aesthetic and original structure. CONCLUSION: This book has different scripts and languages ​​due to the use of different narrations from different sources and quoting various narrators, and the writing is not uniform, and its most important feature is the style of thought that expresses many dimensions of Zoroastrian religion in different languages.زمینه و هدف: روایات زرتشتیان که حاوی مباحث فقهی و حقوقی دین زرتشت است، طی سالها توسط راویان مختلف از هند و ایران گردآوری شده و در مجموعه ای به نام مجموعه روایات زرتشتیان یا روایات داراب هرمزد تدوین شده است. از این کتاب چند نسخه در کتابخانه های هند و ایران موجود است. در این پژوهش نسخۀ کتابخانۀ مجلس ازجهت ویژگیهای ساختاری، فکری و ادبی بررسی شده است. روش مطالعه: این پژوهش به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی با هدف شناخت ویژگیهای کتاب و نحوۀ تأثیر خط و زبان اوستایی، پهلوی، فارسی و عربی بر زبان و نگارش آن و همچنین محتوای روایات و سبک ادبی آن انجام گرفته است. یافته ها: خط و زبان این کتاب اندکی متأثر از خط و زبان و سبک قرن دهم و کاربرد واژه های عربی و بیشتر متمایل به خط و زبان پهلوی و اوستایی و واژه های زرتشتی است. از جهت رسم‌الخط غلبه با پیوسته نویسی و از نظر واژه ، واژه های فارسی و زرتشتی قدیمی و زبان اوستایی غلبه دارد و در موارد بسیاری خط و زبان اوستا نیز مستقیماً در آن به کار رفته است. دستخط کتاب نیز در جاهای مختلف متفاوت شده و در برخی صفحات نازیبا و بینظم است که نشان‌دهندۀ کاتبان متعدد و افزودن مطالب در زمانهای مختلف است. محتوای کتاب نیز شامل مباحث اعتقادی دین زرتشت است که ازطریق پرسش و پاسخ و توجه به روایات راویان مختلف از کتب معتبر نقل شده است. از نظر ادبی، سبک خاصی نمیتوان برای این کتاب درنظر گرفت؛ بدلیل اینکه روایات از منابع مختلف آورده شده است و مبنای زیباشناسی ندارد و ویژگیهای آن شامل جابجاییهای نحوی و حذف افعال و همچنین تکرار مکررات، اندکی تشبیه و تمثیل است. روایات منظوم نیز ویژگی شعری نداشته و از ساختار زیباشناسی و بدیعی برخوردار نیست. نتیجه گیری: این کتاب بدلیل استفاده از روایتهای مختلف از منابع متفاوت و نقل از راویان متعدد، دارای خط و زبان متنوع است و نوشتۀ یکدستی ندارد و مهمترین ویژگی آن سبک فکری است که ابعاد بسیاری از موازین دین زرتشت را با زبانهای مختلف بیان میکند.روایات داراب هرمزد, زرتشتی, رسم‌الخط, اوستا, پهلوی, فقه و حقوق, سبک ادبی و زبانیDarab Hormozd, Zoroastrian, calligraphy, Avesta, Pahlavi, jurisprudence and law narrations, Literary and linguistic stylehttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1400.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1400.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/ویژگیهای سبکی جلد اول روایات داراب هرمزد، براساس نسخۀ خطی کتابخانۀ مجلسhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Stylistic features of the first volume of Darab Hormozd narrations, based on the manuscript of the Majlis library
