This article seeks to answer the question of what problems the Safavid society was facing and how the people reacted to these issues by examining the poems of the poets of this era. METHODOLOGY: The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical and the data collection method is documentary (library). FINDINGS: A study of the works of historians of this era and the writings of Western tourists and most importantly the poems of Safavid thematic poets who were in charge of the court situation, indicates that due to the Safavids" long occupation to fight foreign enemies and the weakness of some young rulers and The inexperience of this dynasty in the administration of the vast territory under their rule, unfortunately, gradually spread all kinds of moral anomalies in the society of that time. CONCLUSION: All kinds of anomalies from drugs and alcoholism to the prevalence of seasickness, theft, promiscuity and sexual perversions, had disturbed the situation of Safavid society. In the meantime, the famous poets of this era, who themselves were not immune from these harms, tried to inform the sections of the society about these matters and find a solution to get rid of these sufferings.زمینه و هدف: آثار شاعران عصر صفوی بدلیل پیوستگی با تودۀ مردم آیینۀ تمام‌نمای اوضاع اجتماعی این عصر است. این جستار بر‌آن است با بررسی اشعار شاعران این عهد، به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که جامعۀ صفوی با چه معضلاتی دست به گریبان بوده و برخورد مردم دربرابر این مسائل چگونه بوده است؟روش مطالعه: روش تحقیق در این مقاله، توصیفی-تحلیلی و روش گردآوری اطّلاعات، اِسنادی (کتابخانه ای) است. یافته ها: مطالعه و مرور آثار مورخان این عصر و نوشته های جهانگردان غربی و از همه مهمتر اشعار شاعران مضمون‌پرداز عصر صفوی که بر اوضاع دربار اشراف داشتند، حاکی از آن است که بدلیل اشتغال طولانی‌مدت صفویان به جنگ با دشمنان خارجی و ضعف برخی از فرمانروایان جوان و بیتجربۀ این دودمان در ادارۀ قلمرو گستردۀ تحت حاکمیتشان، متأسفانه بتدریج انواع ناهنجاریهای اخلاقی در جامعۀ آن روزگار شایع گردید. نتیجه گیری: انواع ناهنجاریها از ابتلا به مواد مخدر و شرابخواری تا رواج دریوزه گری، دزدی، بی‌بندوباری و انحرافات جنسی، اوضاع جامعۀ عصر صفوی را پریشان ساخته بود. در این میان شاعران مشهور این عصر که خود نیز از این آسیبها برکنار نبودند، میکوشیدند اقشار جامعه را نسبت‌به این امور آگاه سازند و در کنار آن راه حلی برای رهایی از این مصائب بیابند.شاعران, صفویان, اعتیاد, معضلات اجتماعی.Poets, Safavids, addiction, social problems.https://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1110.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/downloadPDF/1110.pdfhttps://bahareadab.com/article/معضلات اجتماعی از منظر شاعران عصر صفویhttps://bahareadab.com/en/article/Social Problems from the Perspective of the Safavid Era’s Poets
